Each workout typically is 60 min.
This is all dependent on your own personal fitness goals. But a great starting point is to aim for 3-4x per week of moderate-intensity exercise.
Kia’s approach to trying is based in ensuring you are feeling comfortable and confident. He will meet you where you’re at to encourage and empower you through everything.
What you won’t get is yelling or intense macho-hype. What you WILL get is someone ready to jump into a dance break with you in between sets.
