Hi there! My name is Kia and I am a massage therapist and personal trainer with a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. I have dedicated my career to helping my clients achieve their wellness goals, whatever they may be. Through a combination of massage therapy, personalized fitness plans, mindset coaching, and nutrition coaching and guidance, I aim to help every client become their best self and achieve things they never thought possible.
With a degree in massage therapy from Macewan University, I developed a deep understanding of the human body and learned the impact that massage can have on overall physical and mental health, performance, and general well-being. I worked hard to develop my own unique approach to massage therapy, combining a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, as well as instrument-assisted therapies such as dynamic cupping, muscle scraping, and percussion therapies, to provide each client with a personalized and effective treatment.
As a certified personal trainer, and an avid fitness enthusiast, I understand the importance of physical fitness in achieving optimal health. I work closely with my clients to develop customized fitness plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

In addition to massage therapy and personal training work, I work diligently to be a dedicated educator and mentor. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others in the industry and regularly teach workshops and seminars on self-care, mindset, and fitness.
I’m also passionate about bringing fun back into fitness and mindset. Whether we’re working on at the gym and connecting over wellness goals, I make it my goal to ensure we have fun along the way.
